You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on TRYRIX. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to make purchases.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. TRYRIX is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product images are for illustration. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.
• We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement is final.
• Product availability is subject to stock. We may cancel orders if a product becomes unavailable.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders.
• Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store credit/debit card details.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation email.
• Guest checkout is available. Creating an account is not required for purchases.

• We currently ship within India only.
• Shipping is free on orders above ₹999.
• Estimated delivery times are 5-7 business days for standard shipping.
• Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping partner availability.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags attached.
• Print-on-demand products are non-returnable unless defective.
• To initiate a return, contact us at returns@tryrix.in with your order number.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

• Discount codes are subject to terms specified at the time of issue.
• Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• TRYRIX reserves the right to void codes that are distributed or used in violation of their terms.
• Some codes may be assigned to specific customers and are non-transferable.

All content on the TRYRIX website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and product images — is the property of TRYRIX and protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit false or misleading information
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
• Post fraudulent reviews or manipulate ratings

TRYRIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
