✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Items must be in their original packaging.
• Sale items or items purchased with a coupon code are eligible for exchange only (not refund).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Items returned after the 7-day return window.

📦 How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us via our Contact Page or email within 7 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24–48 hours.
4. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or refund as applicable. Exchange requests are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, etc.).
• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank details.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
