📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Delivery (Pan-India): Orders are delivered within 7–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier partner availability. For remote areas or locations with limited courier access, delivery may take a few additional days.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across India.
• COD orders may be subject to additional verification before dispatch to ensure order authenticity.
• A small handling fee may apply for COD orders depending on your delivery location.

💰 Shipping Charges

• We provide free standard delivery on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.
• COD orders may have an additional fee, which will be displayed at checkout.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification via email/SMS with your tracking number. You can track your shipment easily through the courier partner's tracking portal. The tracking number will be available in your order details once the order has been processed and shipped from our side.

🗺️ Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to all serviceable pincodes within India. If your area is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

⏳ Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. TRYRIX shall not be held liable for such delays, but our team will assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues.

📬 Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering. In case of wrong address, incomplete details, or repeated delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact our support team if you need to cancel an order.
